Lazy shift typos

Hi, I am sure you are aware of this concept which consists in defining a typo that will allow to type an acronym, an initialism or anything else all lowercase, relying on Instant Text to correct the case:

ekg => EKG
mri => MRI
lasix => Lasix
dr => Dr

Now that Instant Text allows us to have includes in all types of glossaries, I am thinking of creating a dedicated lazy_shift_typos.xglo Typo glossary to include in the Typo glossary shell.

If some of you have glossaries of lazy shift typos and would like to contribute to this cooperative work, it is very welcome. If you have them interspersed with other expansions you could isolate them in a glossary via the Mass Copy facility.

We plan to share the resulting glossary with the whole community of Instant Text users.
