AutoCorrect entries are language specific.

Open the templates (.dot files ) they send you and go to Tools/Language/Set Language and make sure the language is set to what you are working in. If not, check the box next to the correct language. While you are in that dialog box, make sure "Detect language automatically" is not checked.
