Yes I am. I'm sorry that I didn't mention that. I'm in Word '03 and nothing else. It looks like people use tools such as InstantText and other stuff but I've never heard of that.

The transcription office sends almost a half dozen template files (.dot) including their own Normal but I don't think that their Normal does anything special. These templates set up functionality for custom data entry dialog boxes and custom formatting at beginning and ends of patient charts.
