No spacing is added after a command

In most cases you don't want a space after a command so since version 8.50 Instant Text does not automatically add a space after a command.

In your case your date command ends with {YearLongNumber} and you want a space afterwards so just add the space explicitly in your entry. You can end it with {YearLongNumber}{Space}
