Spacing & Capitalization Options

The Spacing & Capitalization page lets you configure Automatic Spacing and Automatic Capitalization.

Automatic Spacing

Check the Enable Automatic Spacing checkbox, if you want Instant Text to insert spaces after punctuation marks. If checked, you can specify between 0 and 9 spaces after each punctuation mark. Setting a 0 value, enables you to selectively turn off Automatic Spacing for a given punctuation mark.

Automatic Capitalization

Check the Enable Automatic Capitalization checkbox, if you want Instant Text to capitalize after:

• periods,
• question marks,
• and exclamation marks.

Check the corresponding checkbox, to have automatic capitalization also apply after:

• enter,
• tabs,
• and colons.
