Less homonym shorts with phrases > 5 words

We have studied some very big glossaries with several million entries and while it was certainly worth in this case to enhance the rule for 4-word phrases, the number of short homonyms for 5-word phrases or more declined drastically.

I find it risky at that point to change the current Short Form Rules GUI which has a nice balance to accomodate more flexibility for 5-6-7-etc word phrases. So for now we intend to keep our Short Form Rules dialog as is.
