Thanks Emmanuel. Prefixes such as cardio, abdomino, peri, sub, etc all have different lengths so the one rule wouldn't apply for all words with prefixes and with 52 specialities, there are a lot. Marianne suggested in an email that I use the entire two words as a short form.
