Command Window Toggle Client Size

The ToggleClientSize command implements a 3-way toggle between the following 3 states:

• The Client Application and Instant Text share the full screen together
• The Client Application takes up the full screen alone, Instant Text is minimized.
• The Client Application is restored with Instant Text.
