Command Text Paste HTML...

The PasteHtml command produces the specified HTML. It enables you to produce HTML inside a glossary entry.

When selecting the Paste HTML... menu item, the following dialog

invites you to paste text that you will have previously copied from an editor that supports the HTML clipboard format (Microsoft Word or any Web Browser for example).
