Deleting a file from Windows XP Word Perfect 5.1

Hello. I have a file in a directory that cannot be deleted, moved, retrieved or anything. It is named WP}WP{PJ.1

I've never run into this problem. I don't know how this file got there. Can you help me delete it? Thank you, Virginia.
