WP10 bold problem

Using WP10 out of the WP Family Pack 4. Transcribing for a woman who creates templates in DOS 5.2 in a Window environment, then converts them into WP10. I install them on my WP10 system. When she gets them back after I've done the transcription, some funny BOLDS have appeared. I can't find them in the reveal codes, nor can she.

Can anyone enlighten me? Am I doing something to make this happen? Is there a glitch somewhere?

I've also noticed that sometimes when I want to Bold for allergies, it won't do it on my screen.
