MS Word 2003 F8 to select to text to punctuation at end of sentence.
I am using MS Word 2003. I want to use the F8 key to extend my selection to the period at the end of the sentence. When I enter "F8+." it always selects text to the end of the sentence as well as the first word of the next sentence when there is only one space after the period at the end of the sentence. It actually does this with any punctuation at the end of a sentence, e.g., an exclamation point. It works fine when there are 2 spaces after the ending punctuation. I changed my spelling and grammar setting from requiring 2 spaces between sentences to one just to see if that would make it work correctly when there is only 1 space after the ending punctuation, but it did not change what F8 selected. How can I get F8 to work correctly when there is only 1 space between sentences?
