Your command line would look like this: {Ctrl B}Past Medical History:{Ctrl B}{Enter} or you could enter spaces after the last Ctrl B entry instead of "enter" and then use the {no space after expansion} command. Or you can type the entry you want, highlight it, and Alt+ to add it as an IT entry, using the "keep format" option. This is all in the manual.
