with a pick list

To do so please define the apw pick list with the following 2 items:

Pick Name apw
Expansion {Snippet}select-next-word{/Snippet}
Display as Select Next Word

Pick Name apw
Expansion {CopySelection}
{Right}
{AddGlossaryEntryDialog}
filename = ""
input = "text"
moveToTop = "n"
resumeUponOK = "n"
{/AddGlossaryEntryDialog}
{ResetTypingContext}}
Display as Add Selected Words

and then define a glossary entry with a short form of your choice and the following expansion:

{Snippet}select-prev-word{/Snippet}
{PickLoop}apw{/PickLoop}

When you are done selecting words you can then press the Shift key and expand the Add Selected Words pick item.
