Assuming you are using Microsoft Word:
  • Place {Ctrl F9} commands at the places where you will want to jump to.
  • At the end of your expansion, place a {Shift F11} command with the repeat count equal to the total number of {Ctrl F9} inserted before, in order to have your curson on the first field.

as in the example below:

PAST MEDICAL HISTORY: {Ctrl F9}{End}

PAST SURGICAL HISTORY:
{Ctrl F9}{End}

MEDICATIONS:
{Ctrl F9}{End}

{Ctrl B}ALLERGIES: {Ctrl F9}{End}{Ctrl B}

SOCIAL HISTORY:
{Ctrl F9}{End}

FAMILY HISTORY: Positive for
{Ctrl F9}{End}

REVIEW OF SYSTEMS: Positive for
{Ctrl F9}{End}
{Shift F11 7}{Wrap}
{NoSpacing}

Upon expanding this entry you can fill the fields (you press F11 each time you want to move on to the next fied).
