Formatting/Style in Word

Is there a way to include a style/formatting entry? For example, the company I work for sets up templates in Word with a Style CFNEditableArea in the body of the report where text can be changed by the doctor, etc. The headers such as PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS, etc., aren't in the CFNEditableAREA, but the text after that is where the doctor can change it if need be. On most of my accounts, I have whole reports set up in InstantText and need to have the CFNEditableAREA within those reports.
