glo to xglo conversion?

I'm converting over to a new computer, but all my glossaries are in the IT Pro 7 .glo format, so even though I've backed them up to transfer them to the new computer, they won't open with the new IT8 because it isn't recognize the .glo format and wants the .xglo format. I've tried to figure out how to convert them, but the instructions that show the importer I can't find in my actual program. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to do this with a step-by-step instructions or a thread on this forum that I've missed (I tried a search and nothing came up that helped me).
