Glossary Viewer Search: using anchors

With the latest build 2021-09-16 you may now use anchors in the Glossary Viewer Find Bar when searching text:
  • the ^ anchor specifies that the following pattern must be at the beginning of the expansion.
  • the $ anchor specifies that the preceding pattern must be at the end of the expansion.

You may for example

  • find expansions starting with the word and using the ^ anchor:

    ^ anchor example


  • find expansions ending with the word and using the $ anchor:

    $ anchor example


The process of installing the latest build is very simple.
You download the latest installer (the URL is always the same).
You run it and answer Yes or OK to all questions.
It takes very little time.
