Pick List enhancement

I find it is not a good idea to have phrase entries starting with and because nearly anything can come up after and.

Nevertheless we have to type and quite often and there are quite a few words that frequently come up after and. So I decided to have a single letter abbreviation a gives and followed by a pick list with the not so small words that come after.

The problem with big Pick Lists is that they cannot be displayed totally in an Expansion Table and that you have to scroll.

The new build 2021-09-14 introduces a way to reduce the scope of the displayed Pick List. All you need to to is type the initial letter of the Pick List Item you are looking for.

If for example I type a; which expands to and and displays the big Pick List with all the words that come after, I will not see the words starting with o. But if I then type o the Pick List will be reduced to:

  • obviously
  • occasionally
  • often
  • only
  • other
  • otherwise
  • over
  • overall

To summarize, it is now possible to refine Pick Lists by typing an initial, which makes Pick List Items of larger Pick Lists more accessible.
