Windows 10 locks up when your subscription expires message pops up

I cannot click to buy a new license or to close the message so Instant Text will open. It totally locks the PC up. Please advise so I can renew and also use Instant Text 8 today.

I don't know what service to stop in task manager. Instant Text is not listed as an open app. I have to sign out to recover from the crash/lock up.
