There is no directive to tell Instant Text to capitalize

after an expansion.

Nevertheless you could use typos to tweak it to do the job for you.

With the attached typo glossary Mr_Ms_Mrs.xglo included in your Typo Glossary Shell, to type "Ms Lisa" you would type "ms l" followed by a space which would be corrected into "Ms L"
and you would then type "isa".

The corresponding typo is:
ms l => Ms L{NoSpacing}
