Formatting QTc

One of my entries is not working, QTc. It keeps changing it to Qtc even though I have the following:

QTc{Wrap}
{DeclareTypingContextUnchanged}

I have it both in TypoCorrect and every day glossary. I've even gone into Word Options and unticked Correct TWo INitial CApitals.

Any suggestions?
