During an IT backup to my external hard drive, my Windows Explorer stops responding and gets hung up at the tika-app-1.20.jar file. I tried to update IT from the web, and now setup is not responding at the same file (95% complete), then says the jar file is in use after around 5 minutes. I don't have IT running at the moment.
If I click retry, I get the same warning. If I click ignore, Windows Explorer stops responding and I have to restart it. I'm not sure what the issue is or how to fix it. I just bought this new computer (Dell) around a month ago and have Windows 10 64-bit.
Any help would be appreciated.
