With the Unicode command probably

Right, no stupid questions. Hopefully not too much stupid answers from my side. :-)

If you find the unicode for the symbol you want to enter you can then use the Unicode Text Command to enter it.

The Command  →  Text  →  Unicode Text menu in the Add Glossary Entry window helps you to enter this command.
