Importer Workshop

Hello. I am following along with the Master the Expander course and I am trying to edit my 2-word phrase entries in the Importer Workshop, and I cannot find how to open this on IT8.. any suggestions? I would like to change all my 2-word entries to use a shortcut of the first letter of the first work and the first 3 letters of the second word.
