My issue:
The default in instant text 7 is to always add new entries to the bottom of the current glossary. There is no option to add to the top of the glossary.
I would like to request that new additions to the glossary be added to the "top" of the list as a default as opposed to the bottom of the list or offer a custom selection for this.
This could be accomplished by creating a checkbox that allows this to occur and allowing the user to check the box for new additions to be added to the top of the list or to the current default bottom of the list.
I use instant text 7 every day. I have used it for many years.
My workflow is such that I use instant text 7 with new documents and I have to add new names, words, phrases that have the same abbreviations to prior ones in the glossary that I have previously entered.
With each new entry, I have to add the new entry alt = or alt-A, enter the entry, click ok, alt tab to open the glossary viewer, alt-M move, alt T- top, and then okay. This represents many clicks throughout the day just to accomplish this sorting.
Is it possible to create this configuration so that I don't have to do this for each new entry or phrase and instead have the new entry to the TOP of the list so I can easily use the new entry?
