Dates glossaries for 2023

The ITGenDates.exe utility which allows you to create customized dates glossaries is in the
InstantTextEXP\exe folder.

If the existing dates glossaries are in the format you use, you just need to include the ones
whose names end in XX or 20XX, and the year will automatically change to 23 or 2023
on January 1st.
