Chartnet and IT9

I am having a problem with words not fully expanding in Chartnet. In IT7, I could change the speed of the paste and it worked better but cannot find it in IT9. Also, headings that are bolded come in partially bolded and I think this could be a related issue. Please advise. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
